The Franklin at Breakfast Rotary Club in Franklin, Tennessee has a charity committee that reviews all charity requests. Each individual or organizational request must contain the following documents:

 

1. Complete the charity request form

2. Identify a Rotarian from the Franklin at Breakfast Rotary Club to sponsor your request

3. Attach a letter that details the organization's or individual's needs with an overview of the organization. Pamphlets or supporting documents are encouraged.

 

Minimum guidelines to be met:

1. Dollars are intended for a charitable purpose

2. Services or resources are for Williamson County residents 

 

All applications are carefully reviewed by a committee of Rotarians. Larger amounts will require full review by the Board of Directors and possibly full membership vote. Applications are reviewed as received. Typical turn around time is 2 - 6 weeks depending on the amount of the request. Submit the application by mail, e-mail, or directly to a Franklin at Breakfast Rotarian for consideration. Contact information can be found on the attached application form.
