Franklin Breakfast Rotary - Committees

The Franklin Rotary at Breakfast Club holds an annual golf tournament every Columbus Day. The 2009 golf tournament (19th annual) will be held on Monday, October 12th. We will be playing at the Vanderbilt Legends Club again in 2009. Tee off will be at 1:00 PM only this year. We will limit the number of participants to 136. The $150 per player fee covers 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, door prizes, skill prizes (hole-in-one, closest to the pin, etc.) and prizes for the top teams in each flight.

Different levels of sponsorship are available. You can contact Al Adams at 977-0837 with any questions about sponsorship or entering a team.

Our annual golf tournament is our club's only fund raising event. All of the money raised is used to fund our charities programs. None of the money is used for club activities. We support about 40 local charities from the monies raised from the golf tournament. We also fund our "Operation Starfish" program, which assists indigent residents of Williamson County in obtaining potable water and /or sewer service. To date we have completed 19 "Starfish" projects.

Mark October 12th on your calendar. Plan to attend our 19th annual golf tournament. You WILL ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE and you will be helping those in need in Williamson County.

The Rotary Club is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible.
